Customized Clothing Hangers
What to do:
Step 1:
Use a knife to cut a piece of wrapping paper to be slightly larger than the size of my hanger.
It might be easier just to glue an entire piece of paper on and cut/sand it off afterwards.
Step 2:
Apply a thin coat of the Mod Podge with your paintbrush. It's better to use a sponge brush.
Step 3.
Next, Put the paper on top of the glue, and use a card to smooth out all of the air bubbles.
Step 4:
After letting the Mod Podge dry for about 15 minutes. Use some fine grit sandpaper to sand off all of the excess paper around the edges.
Step 5.
After sanding the edges, Paint the rest of the exposed wood on the hanger.
Step 6.
While you let the blue paint dry, Cover the hooks on the remaining hangers with tape and take it outside to spray paint it gold.
Step 7:
The final step (just for the blue hangers, not the gold spray painted hangers) paint a final coat of Mod Podge over the entire surface and let it dry.
